Scenic Cedar River Trail Park is located at the mouth of the Cedar River where it flows north into Lake Washington. It connects Renton to Maple Valley.In Maple Valley it connects to the Cedar to Green River Trail at mile 12.3. The trail has offshoots to Lake Wilderness, The Lake Wilderness Arboretum, and the Maple Valley Community Center, as well as others. Cedar River Trail: Trail is open. Technically, all of the Cedar River Trail outside of the City of Renton is open to equestrians, but since most of it is paved, it doesn't make for much fun riding.
